Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands with over 400 points of sale focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. Its brands include Bossini, Anello, Radley, Charles & Keith, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Joseph Joseph, and Minor Smart Kids.

**Job Description**:
CRM Officer is a member of the CRM & Partnership team and will take care of Minorplus database marketing campaign management focusing on setting both offline and digital campaign on provided platform as well as seeking to utilize other database within Minor Corporation which generated high ROI and meet targeted campaign performance metrics. This position will work closely with IT, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and other Business within Minor.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create reports and analyse for internal teams and/or brands.
- Collaborate with team members and brands to collect and analyse data.
- Manage database to find usable information and effectiveness
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Develop suitable metrics to enable accurate measurement and reporting on offline interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in online Marketing, CRM Marketing
- Background in FMCG, retail companies or online businesses / e-commerce.
- Has experience in Marketing database, CRM
- Able to do Structured Query Language (SQL) will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Proficient at writing consumer driven copy
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and be very responsive
