**Main Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for maximizing business growth for Makro account and ensure that all sales objectives

are achieved.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage Makro account to ensure all objectives and target achievement
- Develop overall business development strategies and plan. Ensure it align with department & UFS

business direction.
- Negotiate, control and manage trading terms, share of shelf, visibility and activities within an

assigned budget to reach the most effective conditions for Unilever Food solutions, Food Retail and

Ice Cream Business.
- Co-ordinating with internal business support from Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing

Operations and related functions in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the

business growth plan.
- Accomplish all required reports/feedback to Line Manager on a regular basis in order to update

and/or elevate issues to higher management.
- Manage, develop, coach & motivate Supervisor(s) in the team to deliver aggressive sales growth

targets and build sales talent pipelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or higher related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in key account management, preferably Makro account
- Experience in team management
- Experience in working in a matrix organization.
- A strong negotiable skill is a must. Team leadership, strategic thinking, passion to win.
- Good English communication
