Participate in Internal Certification Programs.
Capture client reporting needs, provide value added recommendations and secure scope for Client reporting solutions based on available NIQ databases.
Plan and execute required changes within the organization to align with the company operating model.
Deliver the reports to the clients as well as relevant teams internally.
Qualifications Strong interest in software / technology.
Clear and confident communication skills - both verbal and written.
Process orientated - can follow, improve or establish processes.
Organised - effective at managing conflicting priorities.
Solutions orientated - ability to meet client needs with NIQ capabilities.
Proficient with MS Office software, strong Excel skills and able to interact with MS Office.
Oriented to problem solving and able to make decisions independently in complex environment achieving maximum Client satisfaction.
