**หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ**
- ประสานงานภายในบริษัทในเรื่องต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับเอกสารเพื่อให้ทีมภายในทำงานด้วยกันได้ดีที่สุด
- บริหารจัดการตารางภายในบริษัท การเดินทาง การนัดหมายของทีมบริหาร
- บริการจัดการอีเมล จดหมาย โทรศัพท์ หรือเรื่องต่างๆ ที่ติดต่อเข้ามาในบริษัท
- ดูแลด้านการเรียกเก็บเงิน วางบิลลูกค้า และเรื่องต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเงินของบริษัท
- ดูแลข้อมูลต่างๆ บนเครื่องมือออนไลน์ทั้งเรื่องการเงิน (Peak Account และ QuickBooks) รวมถึงเรื่องข้อมูลทรัพยากรบุคคล (BambooHR)
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์ และทรัพย์สินบริษัท
- ช่วยเหลือทีมต่างๆ ภายในบริษัทในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรการ
- เดินทางไปเก็บเอกสาร บิลต่างๆ ที่ร้านอาหารของเรา (บางแค และ ปิ่นเกล้า) สัปดาห์ละ 2-3 ครั้ง หรือตามโอกาสที่เหมาะสม

**Role and Responsibility**
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
- Support financial bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data (Peak Account, QuickBooks, and BambooHR)
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Travel to our restaurants to collect documents, bills, and invoices for Financial Team (2-3 times a week)
