**What you will do**
- **
Provides review and development of compensation, benefits, and rewards that strengthen the organisation's ability to attract, motivate and retain employees.**
- ** Ensures legal compliance and cost-effectiveness that healthcare resources are allocated to support the most critical business initiatives.**
- ** Develops and administers policy, process, structures, guidelines, and programs for position classification, compensation, promotion, and rewards across the business**
- ** Partners with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.**
- ** Plans and directs the implementation and administration of all benefit plans including annual open**
**enrollment efforts. Manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners, including**
**managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services delivered**
- ** Partners with HR and leadership on appropriate total reward packages to recruit and retain talent.**
- ** Develops and coordinates communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform**
**employees about total rewards; manages performance management and rewards and recognition**
**programs for the company; prepares annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures**
**related to benefit programs.**
- ** Supports all compensation planning processes in collaboration with HR and Operations**
- ** Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and**
**procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.**
- ** Manage the online self-service benefits portal such as updating the policy and any benefits related content, and perform monthly payroll close in the portal**
- ** Lead and execute the well-being program and activities to align with the company strategic direction and fit with employees on the ground.**
- ** Perform the incentive analysis annually to assess the program effectiveness.**
**Required Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.**
- ** At least 7 years working experience in Human Resources function**
- ** Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations, as well as legislation that impacts benefits and compensation.**
- ** Familiarity with the legal and regulatory requirements for benefits programs and plans.**
- ** Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.**
- ** Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- ** At least 3 years experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness) (in FMCG)**
