- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Possess excellent skills in negotiating competitive salary packages.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of tax and employee regulations following government policies.
- Have a proven track record in creating offer letters and employee contracts.

Required work
experience
- Male or female, age not over 30 years old.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and/or other HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant major
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
- Have good communication skills (fluent in English and smooth).
- Good analytical thinking, smart, fast, and target-oriented.
- Min. 3 - 4 years of experience. Junior ( 1 - 2 years of experience) is okay as long as smart.
- Better have a background in Chinese company background including lazada, shopee, tiktok; or from a recruitment agency.
