The Senior HR & Admin Executive will help us handle overall site HR and administrative tasks; by having numerous years of experience in human resources generalist, operational or specialist function ; targeting to the world class manufacturing. Why we need you?
Your bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field will help in handling tasks such as preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating new hire onboarding process as well as processing benefit claim from employees according to the company rules and regulations
Your broad knowledge in MS Office tools will help us in doing time attendance according to work instruction and make summary report as well as preparing HR data to support payroll
Your good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will help in coordinating internal & external for preparing the staff benefits such as health & accident insurance and yearly physical check up as well as establishing and maintaining good relationships between company and employees
Your ability to speak and write proficiently in English will help us in handling and controlling on company regulatory, disciplinary action and legal compliance as well as working with regional team in HR project / policy
You will also help us in hiring of manufacturing workers as well as working with ESH team to manage the environment system onsite
You will be a great help in managing general administrative work such as stocking up stationery, office supply, facility management What are our core values?
