Junior IT Helpdesk Support

Provide IT administration and service IT support for International Banks in a different time zone within a centralized shared service center in Bangkok.
- Provide first and single point of contact (SPOC) for global end-users pertaining to new/previously reported IT issues and resolutions to increase productivity.
- Work remotely with local IT, development team, Corporate IT and vendors pertaining to service calls and issues/tickets.
- Set up, configure and providing support for Windows based computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc
- Set up, configure and providing support for MAC workstation
- Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly.
- Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures.
- Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory, Office365
- Develop professionally in order to increase technical, functional, and interpersonal competence.
- Able to work outside of normal working hours if needed.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

**Language skills**
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)

**Qualification**
- Fresh Grad from IT field is welcome.

**Technical Skills Required**
- Hands on skill on Microsoft Windows 10 workstation and MS office suite (e.g. Outlook, exchange, office etc).
- Hands on skill on Mac OS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, LAN networking, VPN and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of Web Application, Database and Internet concepts and techniques.
