IT Helpdesk
Employment Condition: Contract 12 months (Onsite Pathumwan)

**Responsibilities**:

- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps using the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software assets, including license tracking and warranty information.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in helpdesk support or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows), and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with incident management processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
