Our client is a well-known agency that provides services related to studying abroad. The company has been established for 6 years in Thailand with high motivation and market share globally.

Our client is looking for a motivated and well-informed individual to join their team as a Study Abroad Advisor and Office Staff member. In this role, you will have a crucial responsibility in enabling high school students to explore international education opportunities.

This position demands excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a genuine passion for supporting students throughout their educational endeavors.
- Participate in high school and study abroad fairs held on weekends, providing information and guidance to prospective students and their families
- Deliver presentations and explanations about study abroad programs and exhibitions at fairs, offering comprehensive details on various study options
- Offer ongoing support to international students during their studies in Japan, addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter
- Arrange appointments with high school guidance counselors to establish relationships and promote study abroad opportunities
- Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with study abroad fair organizers to ensure smooth event planning and execution

**Experience requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a business level is a required
- New graduates are welcome
- Prior sales experience is advantageous
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate information and establish connections with students, parents, and educational professionals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Familiarity with study abroad programs, including admission processes and student visa requirements
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work on weekends and travel as needed to attend fairs and events

**Education requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a business level is a required
- New graduates are welcome
