Apac HR Operations Service Enablement Lead

**Responsibilities**:
**PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in 2021, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Quaker, and SodaStream. PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.**
**Main purpose**
Drive the service enablement for APAC HR Operations. The role will manage the service enablement of global systems to properly landing in sector and countries as well as define the local solution to enable the business support model.
The role is accountable to facilitate global implementations at a local level - work migration, process improvement, technology launches etc.
The role is accountable for continuously reinforce and drive process and technology adoption in-region.
The role is accountable for team performance reporting and analysis for sector with establish/improve the performance metrics/dashboard, identify gaps and develop remediation plans.
**Key Accountability**
Global HR Delivery Strategy and APAC Strategy
- Partner with the Global HR Operations GPO Leads to review the HR Shared Services Delivery strategy for the APAC region: Service Delivery Model, process transition roadmap, SLA definition and service catalogue
- Partner with the HBS, ChBS HR Tower Lead and LBS Leads: Contribute to the strategy, processes and standards for all HR Service Integration aspects: technology tools, collaboration mechanisms, integration scope, planning sessions, knowledge transfer and governance, to setup and deploy repeatable service integration processes
- Translate the related parts of the HR strategy into operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective/optimizing measures in case of deviations/exceptions
APAC HR Service Setup
- Support APAC HR Operations and Service Delivery Lead to build and set up a fully operational HR shared service organization in APAC within overall project timelines and goals
- Ensure that the site set up supports the GBS business case assumptions and deliverables
- Mitigate key risks during integrations: Ensure local mitigation actions are identified, tracked and executed with the right escalation and support model
APAC HR Service Delivery
- Accountable for successful integration and transition of new HR services based on the process transition plans and meeting all defined SLAs and KPIs as per the road-map
- Ensure that APAC work process and services are integrated with a focus on continuous improvement, optimization and productivity approach
- Periodically review the efficiency of delivery processes of the site and contribute to the development of global policies, procedures and processes based on process learnings and feedback
- Drive HR process synergy across sectors and HR COEs to optimize and cultivate HR innovation and effectiveness
- Responsible to develop and drive local business continuity plans
- Work closely with HR stakeholders across APAC and the GPOs to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities
People & Organization
- Acting as the second line for APAC HR operations leader for overall HR project management
- Active networking and integration with PepsiCo Global Service Centers for best practice sharing and continuous improvement
- Drive team spirit, cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion agenda at APAC
- Manage external associates and vendor relationship, in local scope wherever applicable
Monitoring & Control
- Drive periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor, initiate additional activities if required
- Ensure compliance with APAC legal framework, SOX requirements, etc.
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies & guidelines
Qualifications:
**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10 years in HR Operations/Shared Services/service integration experience
- Experience in Global environment/Matrix organizations
- Broad experience in multiple HR disciplines (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, HRBP, Learning, etc.) is preferred
