- Operational Excellence Ensure that each restaurant within your area meets and exceeds operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Performance Management: Set performance goals and objectives for Restaurant General Managers, and provide coaching and support to help them achieve targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement action plans as needed.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to ensure that all restaurant employees receive proper training and ongoing development opportunities. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor key financial metrics, such as sales, profitability, and labor costs, for each restaurant. Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all restaurants adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to implement marketing initiatives and promotions at the restaurant level. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Experience: Emphasize the importance of exceptional customer service and monitor customer satisfaction levels across restaurants. Address customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term business plans and strategies for the assigned area. Provide input on new initiatives, expansion plans, and improvements to drive growth and profitability.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Restaurant General Managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences within the area. Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making and identify potential growth opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Several years of experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, food safety, and customer service.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area to visit restaurants and provide support as needed.
