- Measure, monitor, and maintain IT Technical Support team’s ability to meet SLA.
- Manage team resource planning & reporting on team activity status.
- Ensures Hotel critical data is backed up in a secure manner.
- Maintenance of Network and Server infrastructure and database maintenance.
- Ensure all systems are patched in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with all approved IT systems and technology.
- Ensure all hotel policies and information security comply with standards and are being used at the Hotel Level.
- Provide prompt technical solutions to support staff and identify escalation requirements.
- Maintain an up to date technical and user documentation and systems reports in a neat, orderly and secure fashion.
- Coaches, develops, and provides direction to his/her direct reports and contributes to their ongoing professional development.
- Manage and maintain all IT assets including licenses and maintenance contract.
- Work with project manager to determine timelines and project tasks.
- Provide operation reports to management and relevant business stakeholders.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any other related field
- Project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills and Team management
