**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:
**Inventory Management / Warehouse Operation Function**
- Ensure accurate raw material and finished product inventory for related party
- Communicate with our Third Party Warehouse Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders
- Adjust the movement for raw material and finished product in different area with SAP
- Report on inventory activities and variances
- Maintains receiving and warehousing, by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures.
- Coordinate with related party to manage inventory movement in SAP
- Complies with the local law regarding warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal and external training.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Creates, develops and manages warehouse operation environment
- Contribute to minimize and manage operating costs, as well as, resolves non-conformance warehouse and inventory issues regarding inbound/outbound and communicates with 3PL warehouse team as appropriate.
- Monitor record, analyses and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to inventory activities.

**Logistics Function**
- Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.
- Manage the necessary documentation and Online forms (if any) for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
- Facilitates the distribution requirements planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery, which includes product movement
- Communicate with freight forwarder, Shipping agent, customers and related authorities in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
- Gain a formal understanding of domestic and international rules and regulations that govern the shipments of chemical and Dangerous Goods.
- Investigate, plan and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and its suppliers and customers.
- Monitor, review and ensure the logistics activities align with procedures required by Quality and HSE Management systems, as well as,comply with local and international regulations.
- Creates, develops and manages a customer focused service environment.
- Contribute to minimize and manage operating costs, as well as, resolves non-conformance logistics and transportation issues regarding imports/exports and communicates with supply chain team as appropriate.
- Monitor record, analyses and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to logistics activities.
