Job Summary and Mission.
This job contributes to Starbucks success by assist project management through efficient coordination / administration. May provide some limited functional support for the department, but generally handles only project responsibilities. Liaises Closely with contractors to ensure that all documentation is completed and approved prior to finalizing each stage of project. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Provides administrative support to management or manager. Serves as a primary point of contact for the business unit or department and work with other partners to exchange information.
Coordinates and supports on all construction bidding activities, including bidding invitation, gathering seal bidding, announce on bidding result, and prepare construction agreement.
Support construction team on financial document, prepare supplier invoice for senior construction manager review and sign off.
Coordinates or participates in all phases of the project cycle, including planning, implementation, documentation. Ensures that the project achieves the expected results within time and on budget. May direct the work of others.
Ensures effective ongoing communication throughout the project.
Organizes and complete complex administrative projects including ordering document support, price checked, ordering SSI, local items and ordering for DC to store.
Enquire available stock of required material/equipment/items with supplier, contact supplier for quotation and confirm order with setup the suitable target of site deliverable date.
Prepare quotation documents to project leader confirm.
Support store in ordering on list of minds your step sticker, staff only signage, door hour kit, EDU disk, additional furniture and equipment, etc.
Monitor stock on hand and coordinate and order supplier to provide items on the list of drinking faucet, spray rinse, mixed faucet, magazine rack, cup caddy, pour over station, etc.
Track and monitor all SD shipment number of furniture and equipment, ETA date and customer clearance to ensure that the deliverable date are in the right time.
Coordinate with AP store design team and responsible on artwork file for store.
Follow up the documentation/report of the project during construction and construction.
Track on progress of task below and report to team during weekly construction meeting.
Issue construction contract to contractor/construction agreement within 7 days after the announcement.
Summary of Experience
2-3 years of experience in project management in a fast - paced environment and General office administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
Knowledge of concepts, techniques and tools relating to coordinating and tracking projects.
Knowledge of standard, practices and techniques of project management.
Education.
Bachelor's Degree in business
Master s Degree is preferred.
