**The Role**

We are seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. The Digital Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to coordinate and help manage the delivery of digital projects.

**Ideally, the Project Co-ordinator must**:

- have a background in project coordination and management
- have experience working on digital projects
- have the ability to go beyond project coordination to conduct business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- have excellent English and Thai skills (written and spoken)

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project managers to help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against project milestones
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Conduct status meetings and report project progress to stakeholders
- Assist with project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Assist with resource management, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Conduct business analysis to identify client needs, opportunities, and challenges

**Qualification**

**Ideally, the Project Coordinator should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience working on digital projects, particularly software development projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Great command of English and Thai is a must
