**Project Coordinator / Project Administrator**
- Project Coordinator: Assist in the Coordination and Tactical Setup such as coordination, reporting (Mid-level Project Manager)_
- Project Admin: Assist in the Administration of the project such as MOM / Documentation (Junior-Mid Project Manager)_

**Main Overview**:

- Act as a shared resource to support Project Manager to manage Project Timeline, risk and
- activities.
- Conduct project administration.
- Conduct Project Governance alignment
- Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects / initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Identify risk and work on alternatives to keep project / initiatives on track.
- Measure project / initiatives performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Assist in the definition of project / initiatives scope and objectives, involving all relevant
- stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Manage changes to the project / initiatives scope, schedule and costs using appropriate
- verification techniques
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Develop a plan to monitor and track progress

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or Master Degrees in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Project
- Management or related industries
- Good to have Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and can support & facilitate relevant stakeholders in successful delivery
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills
- No minimum years of experience, we look at your skills, teamwork capabilities, thought process
- and attitude

- Ability to work, communicate (e.g. written / spoken) and lead or work as a team.
- Trained to on Project Methodology, such as PMI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
