Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Reservation Supervisor who has a genuine passion for supporting our Reservation team.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the reservation team's operations, ensuring efficient and accurate booking processes.
- Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Train and supervise reservation staff, providing guidance and support to enhance service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room allocations and manage special guest requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel property management systems and reservation software.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team spirit and high performance among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and maintaining high-quality standards across all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
- Minimum 2 years in a similar or relevant field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
