**Job Description**:

- Understand business perspectives, user requirements, and key performance output variables which are related to the assigned projects
- Actively engage in the strategic plan and process improvements operational procedure
- Identify business priorities and develop operational program for implementation
- Manage and facilitate across functional teams to identify business process improvement opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business users to understand the market, customers, and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer and Information System, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience innovation, product development, technology delivery, or management and IT consulting in area of system or software development methodologies, including agile principal management or agile development
- Possess ability to analyze problems; identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals
- Good command of computer skills (Microsoft excel, word, power point)
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT team
