Supervisor, Service Operation Center

Network Engineer.
System Operation.
IT Infrastructure system.
Monitoring Avaya Contact Center system.
Monitoring IT Infrastructure system such as Network, Server, Cloud Platform and Streaming.
Monitoring heat, cooling and condensation in server room.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and IP phone.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from user.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Diagnosing PC hardware and software faults and solving technical problems.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant field.
Minimum working experience of at least 1 year in IT support or NOC field.
Able to work in Shift. (Rotate in day and night shift).
Able to work in long working hours and work on holiday and weekend.
Experience with Contact Center will be advantaged.
