Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR and Administration strategies that align with the organization's growth goals and address its evolving needs.Manage key HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and development, and employee relations.Create and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Oversee the appraisal system, including target setting, KPIs, evaluations, promotions, bonuses, and annual salary increases.Handle payroll processes for managerial-level employees.Enhance HR tools and systems to align with best practices.Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.Assist top management in preparing clear, concise reports.Manage all general administrative tasks, including office and warehouse maintenance, facilities management, housekeeping, procurement, and contract outsourcing.Maintain strong communication with employees to promote satisfaction and engagement, and lead employee engagement surveys.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Experience Requirements:
At least 7 years of HR and administrative management experience, you have a strong background in establishing key HR functions and fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.You think strategically, effectively communicate your vision, and guide your team to implement new initiatives enthusiastically. You excel at managing change and motivating others to perform at their best.You are well-versed in HR laws and current trends in HR development and management. You can implement IT solutions, policies, and procedures that support the company's growth while ensuring compliance with regulations.Passionate about HR and process improvements, you value input from others and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.You possess strong analytical abilities, work with high accuracy, and use data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
