Work You Will Do

Deloitte's HR Transformation offering empowers businesses to reimagine their HR functions and drive meaningful change. As a member of our team, you will work on high-profile projects, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.

  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors project stages, including project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Provide timely and accurate project status information to clients and internal stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement best practices in HR transformation, leveraging your expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and other areas.
Requirements

We are seeking experienced professionals with:

  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including at least 2 years of SuccessFactors experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Vast experience in challenging implementations, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas, with a strong business acumen and analytical skills.
