Today simply knowing how to list, ship and manage digital payments is not enough to differentiate brand online.

CREA has quickly become the number one player in the beauty and fashion digital sales space, empowering our teams through in-house technology and experts from across industries.

As a result of our expansion plans, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in automating processes that were previously manual and implementing effective solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Work to support management and category manager on business strategy and planning for overall categories

- Define, implement and execute strategy to improve overall categories performance on P&L, logistics & operation, sellers management, monetization plan, and traffic generation

- Maintain commercial and operational excellence within the company's portfolio.

- Roll out initiative projects across departments, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Manage day to day business by being able to anticipate potential roadblocks and issues, while also being able to quickly solve problem

- Leverage on logical and structural thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions

- Oversee campaign planning, trade promotion, shipping fee analysis, performance evaluation and satisfaction survey.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / Master degree in business, economic, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong knowledge of BI Tools (Looker or Power BI) is a plus

- Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated

- Enthusiastic and energetic team player who can interact effectively and positively with people of all levels and abilities both internally and externally.

- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
