We are partnering with a globally recognized manufacturing organization that serves leading customers across automotive, industrial, telecommunications, and technology industries worldwide. As part of the company's continued expansion in Thailand, this role supports a growing manufacturing operation.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive all aspects of human resources management for a growing manufacturing operation in Thailand. This role will work closely with plant leadership and regional stakeholders, serving as a strategic business partner while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Plant Management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve employee retention, productivity, and engagement
- Drive change management initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Serve as the key HR contact for employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen communication between management and employees
- Lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal events
- Manage recruitment activities across plant operations, engineering, technical, and administrative positions
- Develop effective hiring strategies to support business growth
- Oversee onboarding and ensure successful integration of new employees About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with substantial exposure to manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting plant operations, factory management, or industrial workforce populations
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations
- Experience in electronics, automotive, electrical, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience supporting factory expansion, startup operations, or rapid organizational growth is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work effectively with both local management teams and multinational stakeholders
