About the role
G-TEKT Eastern Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR & GA Officer (Staff) to join our team in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the human resources and general administration functions across our organization. As an HR & GA Officer, you will be responsible for managing key administrative and personnel-related activities that directly contribute to the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our workforce. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement, operational efficiency, and company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Organize employee activities (HR Activities)
- Handle general affairs tasks (GA)
- Support employee relations (ER)
- Qualification
• Age 23-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience HR/GA/ER
• TOEIC certificate and Japanese language proficiency level N3 are preferred
• AI agents \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
