Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall factory operations covering Production, Planning, QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance & Accounting.
- Plan and control production to achieve targets in terms of volume, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards related to medical consumables manufacturing.
- Control production costs, reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee production planning, purchasing, raw materials, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations.
- Manage Engineering and Maintenance activities to ensure machinery and production systems are available and reliable.
- Oversee Finance & Accounting, including budgeting, expenses, production costs, financial reports, and performance analysis.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Lead and develop management and supervisory teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure factory operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and relevant standards.
- Report factory performance, key issues, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. ## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in factory or manufacturing management.
- Proven experience in a General Manager, Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or equivalent senior management role.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Medical Consumables, or Healthcare Products is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality systems, cost control, planning, and supply chain management.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work every other Saturday.
