Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and manage customer data from multiple sources, including purchase history, membership databases, online behavior, and customer interactions.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical reports to monitor customer behavior, key metrics, and market trends.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable strategies to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to design data-driven campaigns tailored to target customer groups.
  • Utilize data analytics and BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) to perform in-depth analysis and create visualizations.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer segmentation, retention, and overall engagement effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in data analytics, CRM technologies, and digital marketing to propose and implement innovative solutions for the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer data analysis, CRM, or data-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Ability to write and modify code/queries in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of the retail or building materials industry is an advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to convert data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Management.
  • Strategic mindset with experience delivering insights that support organizational decision-making.
