Location: Rangsit-Pathum Thani

Working Hour: Mon - Fri (08:00 – 17:00

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 12–15 years of experience in retail operations or gold trading management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in gold retail, investment trading, or related industries
  • Deep understanding of gold market dynamics, trading practices, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and business analytics.
  • Solid leadership skills with experience managing multi-branch operations and large teams.
  • Experience in IPO readiness or SET preparation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership – Define and execute business, sales, and operational strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Branch Management – Oversee and manage overall performance of more than 100 retail branches nationwide.
  • Sales & Profit Growth – Drive branch performance to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.
  • Customer Experience Excellence – Ensure premium service standards and enhance customer satisfaction across all stores.
  • Trading & Market Operations – Supervise trading operations, monitor gold market trends, and ensure effective pricing and inventory management.
  • Risk & Compliance – Oversee risk management, internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Marketing & Promotion – Collaborate with executives on marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Data & Business Analytics – Analyze financial, operational, and market data to optimize business decisions and profitability.
  • People Leadership – Lead, develop, and motivate a team of over 20 staff and branch managers to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
  • IPO Preparation – Support the company's readiness for potential public listing (SET) through process improvement, reporting, and governance enhancement.
