About the role

We are hiring a senior Marketing and Event Manager to lead WILDER's community, events, and partner presence across Thailand. You will build the programs, partnerships, and real world touchpoints that shape how athletes, coaches, and fitness communities experience the brand. This role requires strong experience with established brands, premium events, and large-scale community programs.

What you will do


• Lead WILDER's offline community growth and build high energy programs across Thailand and beyond


• Scale recurring events, including WILDER Training Club and partner activations


• Manage onsite event execution including logistics, staffing, check-in flows, and attendee experience


• Own the events calendar and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery


• Build and strengthen relationships with gyms, studios, coaches, KOLs, and event partners


• Support co-marketing activities and partner activations


• Coordinate sponsorships and community collaborations

What we are looking for


• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English. Written and speaking.


• 4+ years of experience in offline marketing, events, community, or fitness activation


• Experience managing multiple monthly high-visibility events or community programs for a consumer brand


• Strong network or comfort working within Thailand's fitness and wellness ecosystem


• Confident leading large groups and high-energy environments


• Skilled in relationship building, partner management, and cross-functional coordination


• Able to manage multiple events and partners at once in a fast-moving environment


• Legally eligible to work in Thailand. WILDER cannot sponsor work visas or work permits.
