Job Description

  • รับผิดชอบภาพรวมทั้งหมดของ HR ในบริษัทฯ

  • Recruitment : สรรหา Pre-screening นัดหมายสัมภาษณ์ รวบรวมเอกสารในการทำงาน แจ้งผล นัดหมายเริ่มงาน จนถึงต้อนรับในวันเริ่มงาน

  • Time Attendance : มอนิเตอร์การขาด ลา มาสาย ของพนักงาน รายงานความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้น ทำ Report ประจำเดือน

  • Payroll : คิดเงินเดือน สวัสดิการ ล่วงเวลา เบี้ยเลี้ยงต่างๆ

  • Benefit : ดูแลสวัสดิการต่างๆ ของพนักงาน เช่น ประกันกลุ่ม การตรวจสุขภาพ ขนมและเครื่องดื่มในออฟฟิศ

  • Policy : ออกนโยบายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหาร

  • แรงงานสัมพันธ์ : เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับพนักงานในเรื่องต่างๆ และจัดกิจกรรม เช่น งานเลี้ยงปีใหม่ งานท่องเที่ยวประจำปี

  • การฝึกอบรม : ให้คำปรึกษาในการจัดฝึกอบรม รวมถึงสรรหาหัวข้อการอบรมที่น่าสนใจนำเสนอ

  • จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การขาดลามาสาย การสรรหา เงินเดือน เป็นต้น

  • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirement

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ด้าน HR การบริหารจัดการ เป็นต้น

  • มีประสบการณ์ในด้านฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี

  • ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี

  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่

  • มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน

  • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้ในระดับดี

  • เคยใช้โปรแกรม HR มาก่อน เช่น Bplus / Tigersoft / HumanOS / Humansoft เป็นต้น

  • หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ภายใน 7 – 15 วันจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
