Role: Senior People Operations Executive (Thailand)
Reporting to: Country Manager (Thailand)
Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We're looking to hire a passionate and experienced Senior People Operations Executive to join our growing team in Thailand. As a key member of the team, you will partner closely with HQ People Operations to build a positive, people-first experience for all crew across retail stores and the Thailand office. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, support hiring needs, and contribute to a strong BTV culture on the ground.
Responsibilities include:
People Operations & Culture
- Act as the main point of contact for crew-related matters and provide timely support across retail and office teams.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, and crew documentation.
- Support people programmes from HQ such as performance cycles, career pathways, engagement touchpoints and recognition moments.
- Lead culture-building activities in Thailand, including driving onboarding experiences, crew engagement, and team events in partnership with HQ Community team.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, payroll inputs, leave and benefits management in line with Thai labour regulations.
- Provide first-level guidance on HR-related queries, workplace matters, and policy interpretation.
Talent & Development
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Thailand roles including job posting, screening, shortlisting and interviews, ensuring positive employer experience.
- Coordinate training needs including service training, product refreshers and leadership development for front-facing teams.
Engagement & Communication
- Help localise internal communication for Thailand team, ensuring clarity, cultural sensitivity and alignment with HQ.
- Relay key HQ updates, simplify policies where needed, and ensure messages are understood by all crew.
Regional Collaboration
- Work closely with HQ People Operations team to align programmes, ensure consistent implementation across markets, and support regional initiatives.
- Assist with manpower planning and hiring for new store openings or expansion projects in Thailand.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, pantry refreshes, and office supplies.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, tidy and conducive for work.
- Perform any other duties to ensure the overall success of the business.
Requirements include:
- Minimally a Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.
- Independent worker with minimally 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR role within the retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Meticulous and well-organised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English.
