Assistant Boutique Manager – Luxury Timepieces

Pendulum limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professional to take on the position of Assistant Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Plan and execute sales strategies to drive the sales team in achieving weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
- Analyze performance data to identify business needs and develop clear action plans to enhance results.
- Ensure best-seller products and stock availability are maintained.
- Keep updated with market competition and retail environment.
- Ensure the sales team masters selling techniques to deliver a superior client experience.
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Boutique Manager as required.
Client Management
- Ensure that the best experience is provided at all times inside and outside of the boutique fostering a strong client centric and service mindset amongst the team.
- Act as the perfect host creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.
- Always go above and beyond to offer memorable and personalized experience and foster similar mindset within the boutique team.
- Analyze client experience and satisfaction metrics and KPI to ensure constant top performance.
- Animate the boutique through events and activations inside and outside of the boutique also looking to expand the reach to new clients.
- Masters the store's CRM database.
Team Management
- Identify and recruit new talents, compose and retain a high performing team.
- Always lead by example creating a high performing and collaborative work environment in the boutique.
- Conduct in-store training, coaching and daily briefs.
- Build individual objectives and development plans.
- Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions to review performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee annual review process for boutique staff, assess team and individual performances.
- Communicate Company policies and Management's instruction to staff in the most objective and effective manner.
- Ensure adequate manpower and support to always cover the BTQ floor operations.
Boutique Management
- Perform daily operations including inventory, opening, and closing procedure and accounting.
- Ensure visual merchandising meets the brand standards.
- Ensure perfect operations in the BTQ and full compliance with Group & Brand guidelines and policies.
- Maintain boutique image according to the brand's standards.
- Guarantees Quality & Presence of relevant equipment.
- Maintain high standards of Boutique housekeeping in the boutique.
- Coordinate with related functions in boutique business such operation, logistic and accounting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in watch retail or luxury retail sales (experience in the luxury segment is strongly preferred).
- Existing client network or proven experience in serving, building, and engaging clients is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Client-centric, proactive, and positive approach.
- Team player with high motivation, able to perform under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Genuine passion for luxury, with interest in the retail and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English.
