*Job Summary*

To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

*What you will do*

  • Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effectivecountermeasure
  • Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety
  • Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning
  • Participate in the appraisal of the technicians

*We believe you have*

At least 2-3 years experience as maintenance engineer Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience WCM knowledge and application Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure Project Management
