Key Responsibilities

  • Policy & Procedure Development

  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Team Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.

  • Provide leadership, training, and performance management.

  • Equipment & Facility Management

  • Ensure all machines, equipment, and facilities are kept in optimal working condition.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.

  • Maintenance Planning

  • Plan and schedule routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.

  • Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Promote a safe working environment for all staff.

  • Data & KPI Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Monitor and track maintenance KPIs to achieve performance targets.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of breakdowns and implement preventive actions.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and production goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CNC machines, welding, robot welding, lathes, and utilities & facilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools.
