What will you do?

In this position you will join our Built Environment and Transport Land and Water business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of infrastructure projects - from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges and water security.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.

  • Checking of report formatting and compilation of materials prior to delivery to client
  • Apply with document and data controls according to company and customer requirements.
  • Register, file, retrieve and transmit documentation to clients.
  • High level team administrative and project support activities
  • Document creation and formatting to ensure consistency
  • Coordinate team meetings and events
  • Help the team understand and adopt changes to project and business systems
  • Provides administrative support to a project team, service group or unit.
  • Skills, Competencies and Qualifications and support client compliance requirements

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant technical qualification and chartered status would be preferable.

  • Mandarin Speaker
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in document controller/project administration and team management
  • Document management system knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office skills , Office 365 and Good English skills
  • Experience working within a design engineering or construction organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders and the ability to interface credibly with peers
