Responsibilities:

Collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance the efficiency of internal sales processes.

  • Manage internal sales operations to ensure alignment with customer requirements and service expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Prepare and issue quotations in alignment with customer requirements, delivery and payment term.
  • Negotiate effectively with both domestic and international suppliers to secure favorable terms and meet customer requirements.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) for both domestic and international transactions.
  • Process and monitor sales orders, handle invoicing and billing processes, and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to manage import shipments efficiently and proactively resolve any issues to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, product information, and other relevant information/data analysis to support the sales function and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases, installed base records, pricing lists, and other sales-related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes within sales operations, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
  • Execute sales promotions and campaigns, supporting activities and information that drive sales and align with company goals.
  • Cooperating on any duties or requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in logistics, import/export document processing, or related roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power Query and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in English, with basic writing skills in English required.
  • Living nearby the office is preferred and will be considered.
