ลักษณะงาน

  • Primary: Provide ERP system application support and training to users
  • Secondary: Monitor and maintain application system including troubleshooting, master data update, and ad-hoc queries
  • Act as business liaison between users, technical developers
  • Prepare Test Plan/Test Script and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide system support to end-users from different business sectors
  • Opportunity to be trained on Salesforce, Sales-Cloud and other cloud based applications to play an end-to-end local support role
  • Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields.
  • 3 years or above working experience in system implementation or data analysis
  • Experience in ERP system is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of finance is a plus
  • Working proficiency in English
