Senior Sales Engineer – Food Processing

The Senior Sales Engineer – Food Processing & Packaging will report to the Division Manager and support Rieckermann Thailand to present, promote and sell industrial solutions for the Food Processing & packaging segments. By this activity the Senior Sales Engineer – Food Processing & Packaging will actively support the Company's growth and success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for Machinery in the Pet Food and Meet Processing to existing and prospective customers.
• Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.
• Conduct presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales.
• Perform analyses of existing and potential customers' needs and offer solutions that address their needs.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed.
• Achieve sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g. Technical Services, Engineering Operations and sales colleagues from other departments, in order to be able to offer solutions that fulfill the customer's needs
• Regular update of CRM (Salesforce) system.
• Calculate client quotations.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential and identify potential customers.

Key Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the Food Processing and Packaging machinery Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food related degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550 up is an advantage).
• Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility.
• Good planning, organizational, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications and CRM (Salesforce).
• Proactive, energetic, open-mindset and enthusiastic.
• Able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
• Have own car and flexible to travel frequently locally and overseas.
