1. Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data, interpret data, analyze results using standard techniques and provide ongoing report and dashboard to group of businesses.
  • Communicate the results of analysis to decision makers and others affected by the results. Design the report and introduce tools that can help those involved easily digest the data.
  • Support automation efforts to streamline data process using Excel, Power BI, Python or other relevant tools
  • Using statistical tools to analyze data to find data insight to solve business problems
  • Develop and implement statistical models to support business units in data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1 - 4 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of reporting tools i.e. Power BI, Tableau is plus
  • Ability to apply basic statistical techniques for insights.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights, trends, and recommended actions.
2. Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply statistical and machine learning methods to large, complex data sets to draw insights and provide actionable recommendations
  • Implement AI/GenAI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead projects to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization, evaluate model performance and optimization strategies to improve prediction accuracy
  • Work with teams to implement end-to-end process from model development to testing, validation and deployment
  • Research and develop new quantitative models, AI and framework to enhance the company capability

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, or any related field.
  • Experience applying machine learning and statistical methods to large datasets
  • Outstanding coding skills or software development background
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to less technical persons
  • Experience in financial industry especially banking is an advantage
  • Strong Knowledge in AI and LLM is preferred
3. Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated workflows across systems such as Excel, Outlook, AS400, and web applications.
  • Automate report generation and data extraction from various sources including PDFs, emails, and web content.
  • Perform end-to-end ETL processes: data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Convert unstructured and asynchronous data into structured formats for analysis.
  • Develop desktop applications to support business unit operations.
  • Lead full-cycle code implementation, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in pandas (Python) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • 1-3 years of experience as a web scrapping
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
  • Having experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows is a plus.
  • Abilities to use ETL tools such as airflow, n8n, airbyte
