Position: Brand Marketing Section Manager (BEARHOUSE)
Working location: Ratchathewi, Bangkok, Thailand
Job Description
- Study and identify business opportunities with strategic partners to support brand and business growth.
- Define and implement brand and marketing strategies through collaboration with strategic partners.
- Develop strong brand positioning, communication strategies, creative content, and storytelling across all channels.
- Lead, execute, measure, analyze, and continuously improve marketing campaigns and content across all business channels, including social media, website, email, events, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners to develop campaigns that drive product and service growth aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and control the brand and marketing communication budget effectively.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, online platforms, and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to present ideas logically and support decision-making for marketing and creative initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong
growth mindset
and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
