Our client is one of leading distribution of computers, computer peripherals, software products, information technology system products, computer consumables. They are seeking for Head of Sales.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and own a comprehensive go-to-market strategy specifically tailored for the IT software distribution model.
  • Revenue Accountability: Achieve or exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets (Quotas) across all assigned software vendors and product lines.
  • Sales Forecasting: Ensure a high level of accuracy in pipeline management and sales forecasting, providing clear visibility and strategic insights to the executive team.
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Collaborate with Product Management and Vendors to define competitive pricing, discount structures, and incentive programs for the channel.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and mentor the Channel Account Management and Inside Sales teams to maximize their performance and drive professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance against sales objectives, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

3. Market & Business Development

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT software technologies (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS) to identify new opportunities.
  • Business Planning: Drive joint business planning with top-tier partners and key vendors to align sales activities and secure mutual investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master Degree preferably in Marketing / Financial or related field
  • Experienced in IT Product will be the shortlisted
  • Strong experiences in sales management , background with a leading consumer products or IT Distributor
  • Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics
  • Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management
  • Those with good analytical, mathematical and statistics abilities are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
