Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Primary contact for key clients, driving initiatives to boost satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Sales Oversight: Manage domestic and international sales territories, track team and distributor performance, and explore expansion opportunities.
  • Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations & renewals, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Supervision: Oversee scent marketing implementations, daily operations, and set up technician networks across Thailand and distributor networks around Asia.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the sales team, aiming for high performance and professional growth.
  • Reporting: Monthly reports to shareholders on business performance and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years in hospitality or hotel-related B2B sales, preferably within F&B, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
  • Fluent in English and Thai with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing hotel chain partnerships or large multi-unit accounts.
  • Industry knowledge in Hotels and competitive environment would be a big plus.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills at corporate and executive levels.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
