Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor manpower requisition to fulfill the Company's current and emerging needs with quality manpower
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting demands and requirements in order to assess the candidate quality, skills and fit for a position
  • Oversee end to end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and hiring process in full-life cycle recruiting
  • Proactive talent searches and building out comprehensive talent pools to source in related industries
  • Utilize various tools and resources to effectively evaluate talent in a variety of methods
  • Recommend and communicate recruiting strategies, including sourcing and acquisition strategies, recruiting tools and processes, talent mapping and systems
  • Participate in recruiting events (Job Fair, Campus Recruitment) and sourcing activities if required
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and related parties to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources management or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent acquisition, with a track record of successful recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and goals
  • Proactive, Self-Driven, Accountability, Problem-solving and Adaptability
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Good command of English both in spoken and written (TOEIC Score 700 and above)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point
