Responsible :

  • Execute structural, equipment, and piping construction works.
  • Understanding the technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents.
  • Fabrication and Erection of structural and Piping works
  • Monitor daily construction progress and ensure quality.
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely mobilization of resources
  • Review & monitoring of work progress, Resulting completion of job within time.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
  • Review and prepare Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for erection activities
  • Allocate manpower and equipment effectively.
  • Optimize resource allocation for efficient project execution.
  • Implement BC Global health & safety standard.
  • Coordinate with multiple contractors to ensure alignment with the project's EHS requirements.
  • Promote behavior-based safety and proactive hazard reporting.
  • Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workforce.
  • Encourage reporting of near miss cases and drive proactive safety practices.
  • Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance schedule.
  • Monitor plant equipment for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with shut down maintenance
  • Analyze non-conformances and implement CAPA
  • Maintain equipment history and perfect housekeeping.
  • To achieve trouble free operation of the Plant.
  • Document log book recording, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of operational changes
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, trainings, audits, incidents, and statutory compliance.

Requirement :

  • Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical
  • Experience: 4–8 years in Power plant Turbine & BOP operation.
  • Operate and monitor steam/gas turbines and associated auxiliaries.
  • Maintain turbine parameters such as speed, temperature, vibration, and load.
  • Conduct turbine startups, shutdowns as per SOPs.
  • Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities.
  • Operate and monitor auxiliary systems including: Condensate and feedwater systems, Cooling water systems, Compressed air systems,
  • Ensure proper functioning of pumps, fans, heat exchangers, and other BOP equipment.
  • Use DCS/SCADA systems to monitor plant parameters and alarms.
  • Record operational data and maintain logbooks.
  • Respond to deviations and take corrective actions.
  • Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Isolate equipment for maintenance and ensure safe handover.
  • Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and permit-to-work systems.
  • Participate in safety drills and hazard identification.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory regulations.
