The Utility Supervisor (3 position: Mechanical, Water system, Electrical) is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of mechanical systems, power generation units, and water treatment/distribution systems. This role ensures optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards across all utility services within the facility.

Mechanical Systems

  • Supervise maintenance and repair of HVAC, pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely.

Power Plant Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of boilers, turbines, generators, and electrical distribution systems.
  • Coordinate load management and energy optimization strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Water Systems

  • Manage water treatment, purification, and distribution processes.
  • Ensure water quality meets health and safety standards.
  • Supervise wastewater treatment and disposal operations.

General Duties

  • Lead and train a team of technicians and operators.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and emergency response plans.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, safety, and environmental teams.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and project planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility operations or plant supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, power generation, and water treatment.
  • Good command in English.
