Field Officer - Production- (New Plant Set-up, Saturday work Working Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang, Rayong

Working Hour: Monday – Saturday work

Salary: 40, ,000 THB/Month (Depend on qualification & experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performed routine plant rounds to detect equipment abnormalities such as steam, oil, air, and carbon leakages.
  • Monitored and recorded field data including pressure, temperature, flow, and vibration; promptly reported deviations to DCS/Shift Incharge.
  • Supported plant startup, shutdown, and emergency handling activities in accordance with SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Strictly adhered to HSE standards, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Wore appropriate PPE and ensured safe practices during normal and abnormal operating conditions.
  • Communicated real-time field status and abnormalities to Control Room Operators; executed manual adjustments as required.
  • Assisted in burner changeover and grade change operations in the reactor during shift.
  • Prepared reactor and mixer additive solutions with correct handling and PPE compliance.
  • Monitored thermal expansion and contraction of reactor and APH during heating/cooling phases.
  • Conducted routine silo inspections and field checks to ensure smooth material flow and safety.
  • Collected and delivered process samples to the lab as per schedule, ensuring sampling accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintained process area cleanliness, enforced housekeeping standards, and ensured compliance with operational norms.
  • Reported unsafe conditions, near misses, and equipment malfunctions to improve overall plant safety.
  • Assisted maintenance teams in equipment isolation, restoration, and minor troubleshooting tasks (e.g., cleaning strainers, draining condensate).
  • Ensured availability of tools and spare parts to support timely maintenance and reduce downtime.

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in production operations in a chemical industry
