• มี Passion และความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน พร้อมรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (The Role):

ในฐานะ KOL & Media Planner คุณจะต้องเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ KOL/Influencer ของแบรนด์ โดยครอบคลุมงานดังนี้:


• วางแผนกลยุทธ์ (Strategy & Planning):


• วางแผนและกำหนดทิศทาง Media Plan Influencer ให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของสินค้า


• ศึกษาข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างละเอียด เพื่อคัดเลือกและสรรหา KOL/Influencer ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด


• การบริหารจัดการ KOL (KOL Management):


• คิดและสร้างสรรค์ Content Brief ที่ชัดเจนและน่าสนใจสำหรับ KOL ในการรีวิว


• ติดต่อ ประสานงาน จัดเตรียมเอกสาร (ใบเสนอราคา, สัญญาว่าจ้าง) และจัดการการเบิกสินค้าเพื่อรีวิว


• ตรวจสอบ (ตรวจดราฟ), รีเช็ค, ปรับแก้ไข และยืนยันชิ้นงานรีวิวก่อนการโพสต์จริง


• บริหารจัดการกระบวนการจ้างแชร์ Comment เพื่อขยายผลรีวิวให้เกิด Engagement สูงสุด


• การปฏิบัติการและการประสานงาน (Operation & Coordination):


• จัดทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายและประสานงานกับทีมบัญชี/การเงิน


• ส่งต่อชิ้นงาน (Access) ให้แบรนด์ และส่งลิงก์ที่ลงงานให้ทีมออนไลน์เพื่อยิง Ads ต่อ


• จัดทำ Report และเก็บ Engagement หลังจบแคมเปญเพื่อนำไปวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงในครั้งต่อไป


• ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการตลาด บัญชี และการเงิน รวมถึงทำเอกสารลดหนี้เมื่อจบงาน
