Position Summary: 

The Media Planner is responsible for developing and managing strategic media plans across digital and offline channels that align with client objectives. This role ensures that media investments are effectively allocated to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Job Description:

  • Develop integrated media plans based on client goals, target audience, and budget.

  • Conduct market and audience research to inform planning decisions.

  • Select appropriate media channels (online and offline) and recommend optimal media mix.

  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

  • Liaise with media vendors to negotiate rates, placements, and timelines.

  • Calculate media budgets and allocate them strategically based on campaign goals

  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics.

  • Optimize media plans in real-time to improve effectiveness.

  • Provide clear reporting and insights to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in media planning or buying (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Familiar with media research tools, media buying platforms, and campaign reporting dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is a plus.
