Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Media Planner based in Bangkok. The Paid Media Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies, creating and managing advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and optimizing ad performance. You will collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Be the main point of contact for client communications and concerns.
  • Develop and communicate Paid Media strategy to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project performance.
  • Analyse client performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage account budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and client retention KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Media Planning or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Competency in Google products (Sheet, Doc, Slides, Forms, etc)
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and solution-focused.
