Our client, a not for profit sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to manage all aspects of accounting, finance, and tax compliance. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently.

Description

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Handle all tax matters (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax) and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
  • Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure proper internal controls and adherence to company policies.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance; audit background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Thai speaker with good English proficiency
  • Able to work in Pathum Thani
